Got what it takes?
This role requires someone who:
• Radiates positive and vibrant energy to ensure every customer feels welcomed, informed and appreciated.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a flair for customer service.
• Is experienced in booking and ticketing processes and well-versed in the adventures on offer
• Maintains the visual appeal and cleanliness of the reception area, handles food, and monitors and replenishes retail offerings.
• Assists with department open and closing procedures.
• Conducts regular inspections & audits of work areas to identify & remedy potential safety hazards or issues.
• Maintains a high level of aesthetic appeal across the reception and retail areas of our unique adventure park, ensuring the enjoyment and satisfaction of our customers.
Do you fit the bill?
We’ve got a few deal breakers, so you’ll need to have:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current First Aid certificate
• Current Food Handling Certificate (Standard 3.2.2)
• Certificate II or III in Tourism or equivalent advantageous
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• An understanding of exposure and working in outdoor environments
• Possess a positive and happi outlook with a can-do attitude
• Be a team player and self-motivated
• Be physically fit
• Your own reliable vehicle

Are you prepared?
• Some areas of the park can be challenging at times, including varied weather conditions, so this position is best suited to an individual comfortable working outdoors and maintains their physical fitness.
• Our days of operation are Thursday to Monday.
• Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays are our time to shine, so it’s all hands on deck. Availability during these times is a minimum requirement.
