Customer Service Officer – Concrete

THE ROLE

Based at our Concrete Call Centre at Dry Creek, you will be the first point of contact for phone and sales enquiries. This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be highly organized and self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

This role is fulltime permanent, with staggered start times (on a rostered basis) which also includes every second Saturday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• Receive inbound calls, take orders, providing professional customer service with every interaction
• Allocate orders to Agitator Drivers for delivery to site to ensure customer satisfaction
• Scheduling tasks
• Processing of Orders
• EFTPOS transactions
• Cash Sale enquiries
• General account customer enquiries

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES

• Excellent attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills as a minimum
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Scheduling experience
• Good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area
• Previous experience in the concrete industry (preferred but not essential)
