THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for a reliable, safety conscious, experienced Quarry Maintenance Boilermaker to become part of the Hallett Group team!

We are seeking a professional Fixed Plant & Mobile Crushing Equipment Maintenance boilermaker who is highly motivated with attention to detail, a willingness and ability to fulfil a broad range of operational requirements based at our Truro Quarry but may occasionally be required to work at other quarry sites in the business which may mean occasional short stays away from home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Experience of preventive maintenance on Fixed crushing plant and general fabrication including safety guarding
- Ability to problem solve on site
- Conduct wear point inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on Fixed & Mobile plant machinery
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and quarry management to prioritize tasks
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
- Always adhere to site safety procedures, ensuring a safe workplace for yourself and your colleagues
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Good communication and customer interaction
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
- Relevant trade certificates – Cert III Boilermaker / Fabrication
- Crane and Rigger/dogman license (Preferable but not essential)
- Working at heights/ Confined space/ Forklift certification
- Strong Knowledge of safety and PPE requirements
- HR Driving License (preferred but Not Essential)
