We’re growing fast and looking for a hands‑on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, drive NPD, and elevate our presence across Retail, Foodservice, Export, and e‑Commerce.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing function end‑to‑end. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple projects while collaborating closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Executive stakeholders.
You will:
- Develop and implement brand strategies, positioning, guidelines, and annual brand plans.
- Manage all ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activity to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee packaging, advertising, creative development, and campaign execution across all channels.
- Lead product launch initiatives for all domestic and imported products, including new product concept development, market research, market positioning, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with Product Manager, R&D, Process Engineering and National Sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
- Own and drive NPD process from concept to execution for all imported products.
- Ensure that all internal product sensory tests for imported products are coordinated, planned, documented and analysed with feedback
communicated to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage social media, website, online advertising, email marketing, and digital activation campaigns.
- Plan and execute trade shows, print advertising, events, sponsorships, and experiential campaigns.
- Build and execute category marketing plans aligned to channel needs: Retail, Foodservice, Export, and e‑commerce.
- Analyse performance metrics and identify growth drivers.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a marketer who blends creativity with commercial thinking — and who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

5+ years’ marketing experience, with a background in FMCG/Food (Retail or Foodservice essential)
- Proven success in brand management, NPD, and integrated marketing
Strong digital capability across SEO, SEM, social, analytics and content
- Experience converting insights into actionable strategy
- Excellent communication skills (Mandarin/Cantonese highly regarded)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
- A genuine passion for Asian and Western food culture
