Water Truck Operator

With over 20 years in the business, H2flow Hire is Southeast Queensland’s leading provider of water trucks and plant & equipment hire to the Civil Construction and Landscaping industries. Operating from four depots at Beenleigh, Wacol, Brendale and Moffat Beach, H2flow Hire offers services from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between. 

The Job: 

We are seeking experienced water truck drivers to join our Southeast Queensland team and provide a range of water services for clients across the civil, landscape, and local government sectors. The work typically involves applying water for dust suppression & soil compaction on civil projects, horticultural watering programs for the landscape sector, and bulk water delivery for our pool and tank-fill customers.   

Your duties include but are not limited to: 

• Daily delivery and application of water as per our client requirements  
• Daily use of personal phone/tablet to complete online docketing and timesheets 
• Complete online and site inductions as required 
• Always adhere to safe work practices, company policies, and SWMS 
• Maintain clean, safe and presentable work environment (site, depot, vehicle)

 Key requirements: 

• Previous truck driving experience – Minimum HR licence 
• Construction Industry Blue/White Card (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Smartphone
• Fit and healthy (manual handling involved) 
• Previous landscape/civil experience an advantage 
• Queensland Rail accreditation an advantage
