Gymnastics Australia’s Membership Services Team is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a bold ambition to significantly increase participation and strengthen the capability of coaches and judges nationwide. To support this vision, we are recruiting the pivotal leadership role, National Learning and Development Lead.
The National Learning and Development Lead drives the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Gymnastics Australia’s professional development, accreditation and learning programs. This role ensures coaches and judges are supported, capable and inspired to deliver exceptional gymnastics experiences.If you’re passionate about learning, committed to serving a community, and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Location and Working Style
Strong preference for Melbourne‑based candidates
Outstanding remote applicants considered if highly self‑managed and able to stay connected
Willingness to travel to support national delivery and stakeholder engagement
