Gymnastics Australia’s Membership Services Team is entering an exciting phase of growth, with a bold ambition to significantly increase participation and strengthen the capability of coaches and judges nationwide. To support this vision, we are recruiting the pivotal leadership role, Head of Workforce Development.

The Head of Workforce Development provides strategic leadership for the design, delivery and continuous evolution of Gymnastics Australia’s national education, accreditation and professional development frameworks. This role ensures a contemporary, high‑quality workforce system that supports coaches, judges, administrators and volunteers to thrive and deliver safe, positive gymnastics experiences across Australia. Location and Working Style

Strong preference for Melbourne‑based candidates

Outstanding remote applicants considered if highly self‑managed and able to stay connected

Willingness to travel to support national delivery and stakeholder engagement
