We are currently recruiting seasonal operators and farm hands to support seeding programs across several large-scale broadacre cropping operations throughout Australia.
These roles will work as part of farm teams delivering planting operations during the upcoming seeding season, operating modern machinery and supporting day-to-day farm activities.
Opportunities are available across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, with the potential for ongoing work beyond the season for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate broadacre cropping machinery including air seeders, tractors and support equipment
- Assist with seeding programs, fertiliser application and paddock preparation
- Operate support machinery such as chaser bins and spray equipment
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic machinery maintenance
- Work safely as part of a team during busy seasonal operations
About You
We are looking for motivated and reliable people who enjoy working in a hands-on agricultural environment.
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Air seeder operation
- Chaser bin operation
- Spray rig operation
- General tractor or machinery operation
- Previous broadacre cropping or farm work
You will also have:
- A strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours during peak periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver’s licence and Australian Working Rights
- Willingness to work in regional locations
