Capital Transaction Analyst

Develop and maintain financial models to underwrite investment opportunities, including debt/equity structuring, tax considerations, sensitivity analysis and forecasting for investors and financiers.

Conduct market research such as rental and sales evidence, demographic and location assessments, economic analysis, and broader property market trends.

Support deal origination and engagement with external consultants (e.g., agents, lawyers, valuers, debt providers) and assist in due diligence activities across acquisition and divestment phases, including documentation and file setup and management.

Prepare investment materials including flyers, information memorandums, investor presentations, and internal approval papers (e.g., investment committee and board submissions).

Maintain fund-level models such as unit pricing, hold/sell analysis, lease scenario modelling, and performance assessments against underwritten investment assumptions.

General property market research and data compilation. Maintain a fulsome and up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

Undertake investment-related administrative tasks as directed.

Any other duties as directed by the Company.
