Senior Medical Receptionist; Second in Charge – Growlife Medical

We have a full-time, permanent opportunity at our Sherwood location supporting our General Practice. This is an excellent role for someone who possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, is proactive and highly organised. This is a great role as there is an identified career path as an option.
The role will be responsible for contributing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting staff management and training, coordinating workflows ensure compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all clinical and administrative functions. We are looking for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team of Medical Receptionists, GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
In turn, you will become an integral part of a supported multi-disciplinary team that is focused on patient, family, and community care.
What we are looking for
The successful applicant will possess:
• Completion of an accredited medical receptionist course
• Solid experience with Best Practice software, Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, PRODA and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in rostering and shift management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• A desire to improve processes and efficiency for the team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent personal communication skills with an ability to relate to people at different levels and from different backgrounds
