As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy and optimising digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role can be based out of our head office in Burleigh Heads, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or Melbourne.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of performance marketing — auditing and refining campaign structures, scaling what works, and quickly adjusting or cutting what doesn’t. You’ll build and execute a structured testing roadmap while ensuring tracking and attribution are accurate across all platforms, implementing pixels and offline conversions, and partnering with tech teams to improve data quality. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, providing data‑driven feedback and driving new concepts when performance drops. You’ll stay across daily metrics, deliver clear weekly and monthly insights, and use data to forecast trends and guide future strategy.
This hands‑on role requires both strategic thinking and execution. From building and launching campaigns to optimising and scaling them, you’ll have the autonomy to test, iterate, and push performance to new heights. You’ll be accountable for turning marketing spend into predictable growth by improving CPA, increasing booked appointments, and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
