Dispensary Operations Manager – Melbourne

Green Life Clinics is expanding. We are seeking a dynamic Dispensary Operations Manager to lead our Melbourne locations. Mirroring our successful Area Manager structure, this role is the operational backbone of our Victorian dispensaries, ensuring seamless workflow, strict compliance, and high-level team performance.

While being a registered Pharmacist is a significant advantage—allowing you to step in and support the clinical side when needed—your primary focus is the “big picture.” You understand how to translate overarching business objectives into a compliant, efficient, and profitable healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead day-to-day dispensary operations, including stock management, workflow optimisation, and new site setups.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all sites meet strict healthcare regulations and internal company policies.
• Strategic Leadership: Implement business growth strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional patient care.
• Team Development: Mentor and manage dispensary staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on the patient experience.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, control expenses, and drive financial performance across the Melbourne region.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role (Healthcare or Alternative Medicine sector preferred).
• A Pharmacist background is highly desirable but must be paired with strong commercial acumen.
• Strong understanding of HR, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a diverse, fast-paced team.
• Relevant degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Pharmacy.
