We are seeking a warm, organised Clinic Concierge/Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate appointments, greet patients, manage scheduling and records, and deliver excellent customer service. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience and maintaining a calm, professional store environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
- 2-3 years in customer service
- Management or Medical clinic experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple daily tasks through a range of mediums (phone, computer, in person)
- Computer proficiency, ideally with Google suite
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods, caretaking the store and greeting clients
