Great Southern Griffins Sport Club (Griffins) is a community-based, multi-sport organisation that offers opportunities that promote participation, player development, and community connection across the Great Southern. THE ROLE

This role is responsible for the efficient administration, coordination, and delivery of support functions for the Great Southern Griffins Sporting Club. The role is also responsible for the management of membership services, supports all aspects of the Club and communicates with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of operations. 

This is a part-time position (10 hours per week), during school terms and one week prior to the commencement of Term One.

  • Well developed skills in administration, coordination/planning and providing support.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and a collaborative, relationship focused approach to members and sponsors.
  • Capable written communication and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute with the goal of continually improving.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the club.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the values of the Club and Great Southern Grammar.
