About the Role

We’re seeking a confident, resident-focused Facility Manager with strong operational leadership experience to oversee all aspects of day-to-day service delivery. You’ll guide a passionate team, foster a positive workplace culture, ensure clinical and operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across the home. This role offers the scope to make a genuine impact—not just on the facility’s performance, but on the lives of residents, families, and staff.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership in residential aged care or a similar health setting
• Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks
• Ability to lead, mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Operational and financial management capability
• A collaborative, people-centred approach to problem-solving and innovation
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with current AHPRA registration
