About the Role:

As our Clinical Educator, you will be the heartbeat of learning and professional development across our residential aged care homes. You’ll design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, ensure staff maintain compliance with clinical standards, and support a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs for nursing and care staff.
• Monitor compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support staff onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing skills development.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
• Proven experience in clinical education, preferably in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical governance, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.

Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualifications in education or clinical leadership.
• Experience implementing quality improvement projects.
