About the role
The Learning Enrichment Coordinator provides strategic
leadership and direction for students requiring personalised learning support,
including students with disabilities, learning difficulties, and gifted and
talented learners.
The role oversees the development, implementation and
review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), coordinates funding and compliance
processes (including NCCD), and leads a cohesive Learning Enrichment Team to
ensure a whole-school approach to inclusive education.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, this position works
closely with Heads of School, Assistant Heads of Years, teachers, wellbeing staff,
families, and external professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership

Develop and implement a
strategic vision for Learning Enrichment (P–12)
Lead, mentor and coach
the Learning Enrichment Team across Mambourin and Tarneit campuses
Promote inclusive
practices aligned with the College’s mission and values
Student Support
-
Identify and assess
students with additional learning needs
Oversee IEP development,
transition programs and targeted interventions
Coordinate specialised
programs and support services
Teacher Support

Guide staff in
curriculum differentiation and inclusive strategies
Provide resources,
professional learning and practical classroom support
Advise on effective
deployment of Learning Enrichment Officers
Compliance & Administration
-
Manage NCCD processes
and government funding applications
Coordinate special
provisions (NAPLAN, VCE)
Maintain accurate
records and oversee the Learning Support budget
Liaise with
psychologists, counsellors and external agencies
Selection Criteria
- VIT – Teacher’s registration to teach in Victoria
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Have excellent relationship and communication skills
