We’re currently seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team based in our workshop in Leongatha, Victoria.

About the Role
As a Mechanic, your initial responsibilities will include:
- Performing scheduled maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of heavy vehicles and equipment.
- Identifying, assessing, and resolving mechanical issues to ensure equipment reliability and safety
- Following defined scopes of work and maintaining detailed records of service and repair activities.
- Promote Goldsmith values and culture within the team.
About you
To be considered for this role the successful applicant must have:
- A current Australian Certified Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- A current driver’s licence (HR/HC preferred).
- A current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (highly desirable).
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks.
