About the Role

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. You’ll provide hands-on support that helps our participants live independently, stay connected with their community, and reach their personal goals.

What You’ll Do

• Provide person-centred support that encourages independence and choice
• Assist with personal care, daily living, and manual handling tasks
• Support clients with household duties, meal prep, and community activities
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and team members
• Keep accurate notes and report changes in wellbeing

What You’ll Need

• NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
• First Aid (HLTAID011) & CPR (HLTAID009)
• Driver’s Licence & insured vehicle
• Completed NDIS Orientation Module
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Desirable to have the following qualifications:
• Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
• Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Support
