At GO.FARM, we invest with conviction in the next generation of agricultural leaders.
We’re an Australian-owned agricultural investor, developer and manager focused on transforming Australian agriculture. We acquire underutilised and undercapitalised farmland and reposition it to its highest and best use through land use change and investment in climate-smart technologies, our people and our communities.
About the Program
Commencing in January 2027, the GO.FARM Graduate Program gives you hands-on experience across our business, combining broad exposure with the opportunity to take real ownership of projects, building strong operational and commercial capability along the way. You’ll work on meaningful projects that genuinely matter to the business, building confidence responsibility, critical thinking skills and commercial awareness as you go.
To support different career aspirations within agriculture, the program offers two structured streams. Each stream is designed to develop practical capability, commercial understanding and leadership potential – whether your interests lie in farm operations or the broader agribusiness environment.

Ideal for those seeking a pathway into farm and asset management.
Stream 2: Agribusiness Graduate Program – 18-month full-time contract
