We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professionals to contribute to the development, delivery, and sustainment of complex systems across the Joint, Aerospace, Maritime, and Land Domains. We welcome interest from practitioners with backgrounds in ILS, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), or Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM), whether your experience is deep in one area or spans multiple disciplines.
These specialisations are closely connected, and we value individuals who understand how their expertise fits within a broader sustainment framework. Whether your strengths lie in support system design, analytical sustainment modelling, or RAM focused performance and availability outcomes, you will be working as part of an integrated team delivering practical, whole of life capability solutions in complex, multi domain environments.
In this role you will:
- Work alongside Commonwealth and project team members, providing ILS subject matter expertise and stakeholder consultation.
- Develop and maintain ILS plans and associated ILS documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, supportability and configuration teams to ensure alignment across the system design, ILS deliverables, and technical content.
- Contribute to additional ILS and sustainment activities as required.
About You
- Experience in an ILS role within the Australian Defence sector.
- Understanding of ILS principles, methodologies, systems and procedures with the logistics management function.
- Qualifications and/or professional development in Logistics, Engineering or equivalent technical disciplines.
- Understanding of Defence procurement and sustainment environments, including exposure to ASDEFCON templates.
- Currently hold an NV1 Commonwealth (AGSVA) Security Clearance. Please note, only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain a Commonwealth of Australia Security Clearance
