Risk and Compliance Analyst

Global X ETFs Australia is seeking a Risk & Compliance Analyst to support the delivery of our risk and compliance framework as the business continues to grow.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, this role provides hands on support across compliance monitoring, marketing reviews, risk management and governance activities, helping ensure the business meets its AFSL and regulatory obligations.

What you’ll do:

• Support day to day compliance monitoring and obligation tracking
• Review Collateral for regulatory compliance
• Maintain compliance registers (incidents, breaches, attestations, training)
• Assist with incident, breach and complaints management
• Support maintenance of the risk register and periodic risk reviews
• Prepare inputs for governance and committee reporting
• Assist with policy administration and compliance training tracking

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in risk, compliance, audit, governance or a regulated environment
• Understanding of AFSL obligations and marketing compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Clear written communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Experience in funds management, ETFs or financial services is desirable
