The Opportunity
As a Product Management Analyst, you’ll support the full lifecycle of ETF products—from concept and launch through to enhancements, governance, and ongoing regulatory compliance. You’ll partner across Investment Strategy, Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Investment Operations, and Distribution, and engage externally with market makers and index providers.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to end-to-end development of new ETFs and enhancements—from concept validation to launch—with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery (marketing briefs, ASX application materials, PDS/TMD drafting, operational readiness).
- Support product upkeep: PDS updates, index changes, fund enhancements, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain and analyse trading spreads, liquidity metrics, and investor behaviour; feed into dashboards and regulatory reporting.
- Research product ideas, perform competitor analysis and feasibility; prepare term sheets, back-tests, and business cases.
- Partner with distribution to provide data, insights, and technical support for clients, roadshows, and events.
- Liaise across teams to deliver product changes and support operations.
- Champion a strong risk and compliance culture aligned to ASIC regulations, ASX Operating Rules, and internal governance.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Commerce, Law, Economics, or a related field;
- ~2–3 years’ relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of PDS, TMD, ASX Operating Rules, and ETF disclosure compliance; understanding of market-making dynamics is a plus.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint; SQL or Python a bonus.
- Proven analytical thinking, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving.
- Strong time management; able to work autonomously and collaboratively with clear communication.
- Exposure to financial markets—ideally ETFs, funds management, or investment products.
