Our clients are recruiting highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to provide top-tier remote executive support. In this role, you’ll act as a key partner to busy executives or entrepreneurs, handling a variety of administrative tasks to streamline their day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assistant who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys making a direct impact on productivity and efficiency.

Tasks are performed entirely remotely using digital tools, with no in-person requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, appointments and calls.
  • Email and Communication Management: Monitor and organize inboxes, draft responses on behalf of the executive.
  • Travel Coordination: Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for business or personal travel.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, materials (e.g., presentations, reports, spreadsheets), take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry, file organization, vendor coordination, and other ad-hoc support to free up the executive’s time.

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Zoom, Slack and other platforms.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
