Our client is recruiting for Helpdesk Technicians to provide technical support to their clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to all elements of the product (hardware configuration, software set up and network connectivity)
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide training and support to end-users on various software applications and systems
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent written & spoken English communication and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of key operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
