True health requires more than just access to equipment, we set out to build spaces where fitness, recovery, wellness, and community come together under one roof. Home to more than 50 fitness professionals and nutrition experts.

The Member Retention Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining strong member relationships. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role focuses on understanding member motivations, resolving concerns, and promoting retention pathways that balance business performance with member satisfaction. Performance outcomes in this role are directly tied to successful retention results.

Experience

  • 2+ years in customer service, client retention, or sales support
  • Experience working remotely preferred
  • Prior use of CRM and ticketing systems (GymMaster, Zendesk, Aircall) advantageous

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Empathetic and solutions-driven mindset
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret member data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools
  • Reliable internet connection
