Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient professional to provide accurate and timely input of data and administrative support. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively, maintain a high level of accuracy, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets
  • Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Experience & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Tertiary qualifications preferred.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in administrative support, data entry or a similar role (experience in a remote environment is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) or similar software
  • Proven high accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
