the Employment Services industry for the first time and also welcomes

Some key responsibilities for our Employment Consultant
roles:

Provide
and arrange customised support to a diverse caseload of job seekers,
including the development of personalised job plans, resume and career
guidance, interview preparation, referral to training and support services
and ongoing workplace support after job placement
Build
positive relationships with potential employers to broker suitable roles.
Successful candidates for these Employment Consultant
roles will:

Share

Possess
exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with
people from diverse backgrounds
Possess
good administrative and computer skills
Have
experience working to deadlines and/or KPIs
Pass
a Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as
deemed necessary
Be
eligible to work in Australia
Be
expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
Be
able to work full-time hours onsite, Monday to Friday
Bi-lingual
applicants who speak Arabic, Assyrian, Vietnamese, Cantonese/Mandarin or
other languages will be highly regarded.
