Glass Outlet is opening a new branch in Ipswich and we’re looking for a commercially driven Branch Manager to lead it from day one.

This is a leadership opportunity with full accountability for people, performance, safety and profitability.

The Role

You will lead all aspects of branch operations including sales, warehouse, customer service, safety and financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build structure, drive accountability and deliver strong commercial results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening local market presence while aligning the branch to Glass Outlet’s national growth strategy.

About You

• Proven experience leading a branch or operational team
• Strong commercial and P&L capability
• Background in building products, manufacturing, logistics or B2B distribution
• Safety-focused and operationally disciplined
• Practical, decisive and outcomes-driven
