We’re looking for a Turf Specialist / Contract Manager to join our high-performing and friendly Sydney team to lead our Spray, Fertiliser & Renovation Division. This role is ideal for someone with strong turf management knowledge who wants a hands‑on start, with the opportunity to transition into a broader scheduling and operations position as the division grows.

About the Role

You will oversee and deliver turf spray programs, fertiliser schedules, and renovation works across Technigro sites. Initially hands-on, the role will progressively evolve into managing the broader operations of the division including scheduling, client coordination, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality spray applications, fertiliser programs, and turf health assessments
  • Coordinate day-to-day turf operations across multiple sites
  • Develop schedules, allocate resources, and support team growth
  • Work directly with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with quoting, planning, and operational reporting
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and chemical application standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery within the division

About You

  • Strong background in turf management (sports turf, commercial turf, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with spray applications and fertiliser programs
  • ChemCert accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
  • Highly organised and proactive with strong problem-solving ability
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of operations
  • Motivated to grow into a scheduling and operational leadership role
