Roads and Landscape Team Member – Day shift

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Roads and Landscape Team Member to join our growing team, operating out of Brendale and servicing the North Brisbane region.

This is a day shift position with working hours from 5:00am to 3:00pm, ideal for individuals who prefer working outside standard daytime hours.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor environments to a high standard, with a strong focus on vegetation management and weed control across a variety of commercial and public spaces. You’ll play an important part in ensuring landscapes remain safe, presentable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application of herbicides for effective weed management
• Monitoring and assessing vegetation health and growth
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe handling of materials
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work on foot (15+ kms per day) carrying 15kg
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
