About the Role

We are seeking a full time cleaner to join our team.

This role is essential in keeping our homes, offices, and community spaces clean, welcoming, and safe for both participants and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel between multiple locations (Boronia, Mooroolbark, Wantirna and surrounds)
  • Complete general and detailed cleaning of offices, housing, and shared spaces
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Identify and resolve cleaning or maintenance issues on the spot
  • Follow checklists and health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous cleaning experience (domestic or commercial)
  • A strong eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to respectful, inclusive workplaces
