Koorie Employment Expression of Interest (GEGAC Talent Pool)

GEGAC is seeking Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people who are interested in joining our organisation across a range of roles. This Expression of Interest allows community members to register their interest in future employment opportunities in areas including Primary Health, Social & Emotional Wellbeing, Aged Care, Youth Services, Administration, Cultural Programs, Community Support, and General Services.

Applicants do not need previous experience—GEGAC provides on-the-job training, mentoring, and a culturally safe workplace. We welcome people at all stages, including school leavers, those returning to work, or people looking for a career change. Current opportunities may include Home Support Workers, Care Partners, Cultural Support Roles, Administrative Support, and Entry-Level Community Services positions.
