If you answered yes to these questions, then you could be the dynamic Customer Fulfilment and Operations Lead that we’re looking for!
We’re looking for someone who has a blend of administrative prowess, warehousing experience, and customer service skills to be the backbone of our order-processing system. This important role will be responsible for ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, and our customers’ needs are met with all their Gienic Healthcare product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and despatch (pick and pack) customer orders, recording details into our system
• Receipt and store inward goods and services
• Ensure the warehouse is neat and organised, and with safety being your number 1 priority
• As our front-line support, you’ll liaise with all internal and external customers, helping them with their orders and providing accurate status updates
About you:
• You’re a self-starter that is reliable, punctual and works to deadlines
• Prior experience working in a similar role with warehouse operations.
• An LF forklift licence (or commitment to obtaining one prior to starting the role).
• Must be competent and proficient with IT and eCommerce platforms (ideally WooCommerce) and basic order management systems.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask with competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail
• Competent administratively
