What you will do

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and on time • Load and unload pallets and flooring rolls safely • Receive and check incoming stock • Update inventory in Navision and support stocktakes • Coordinate dispatch with transport providers • Manage returns and warranty claims • Work closely with Customer Service to keep customers informed • Meet KPIs for accuracy, safety and efficiency

This is a physical, fast-moving role where safety and teamwork matter.

What you will bring

• 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or stores role • Experience operating warehouse equipment including walkie-stack forklifts and pallet jacks • Strong attention to detail • Computer literacy with experience using Excel, Navision or similar systems • Ability to work with minimal supervision • A safety-first mindset • Physical fitness and reliability • An all-rounder mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
