We’re looking for a driven and organized Practice Manager (10-Month Parental Leave Cover)  to lead our clinic in Bay Optics to new heights. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating smooth, efficient operations, this could be your next big move.

Skills and experience:

If you are someone who loves to provide an exceptional patient experience to achieve goals, leading your team to greatness, then this role may be for you. We are searching for someone with the following skills:

• Solid experience in managing retail practice environments

• Experience in the optical industry

• Strong Leadership ability

• Proficiency in Optomate PMS preferred

• A consultative selling approach

• A patient first approach to your work
