• Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and optical products that suit their style and vision needs
• Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide professional advice on lens options
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment
• Educate customers on eyewear care, fit, and usage
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service
• Handle transactions and assist with inventory management

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, optical dispensing, or eyecare is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Basic computer skills for managing stock and processing sales
