The opportunity As part of our high performing and investor centric approach, we are seeking a adviser and investor services officer to provide superior level adviser services to process administrative tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Roles and Responsibilities The Adviser/Investor Services Officer has the responsibility and accountability to provide client services and to perform administrative tasks on a daily basis: New business applications Additional investments Investment switches Withdrawal requests Investment bond changes Maturities Client changes and identification Product feature changes Email and website enquiries Communications from our investors and advisers (including both inbound and outbound telephony) Other ad hoc customer service tasks when required Experience and Qualifications 1-3 years’ experience in Financial Services in client service or administration Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related discipline Strong excel skills Strong customer service focus Strong attention to detail, quality standards and adherence to compliance and legislative requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Team player, team performance results oriented Positive, can-do attitude Effective time management skills
