Salary range: Base salaries starting from $85,000 to $110,000
Location: mobile community caseload built around your home suburb location – seeking candidates who live in the West Logan & Central Logan regions.
How does GenPhysio support our Speech Team?
- By providing a guided introduction to your role and your new team – spend your first 2 weeks getting to shadow the team including fellow Speechies and your MDT team members, learn new systems and take the time to ease into your new role.
- Work across the lifespan – from supporting children’s early language development to complex adult communication and swallowing challenges.
- Focus on your niche or learn new skills – shape your caseload around the areas you’re most passionate about, whether it’s paediatrics, adult neuro, dysphagia, AAC, or another specialty or be guided into new skillsets with the support of our Supervision team.
- Supervision from our incredible in-house Speech Supervision team: 1:1 time together as well as fortnightly Speech supervision to connect regularly with the entire Speech team, discuss cases and complete short PD courses together.
- Dedicated Head Office team members to support our Clinicians with bookings and administration needs for their clients.

About you:
- Tertiary-qualified Speech Pathologist with current (or eligible) SPA registration
- Passionate about providing evidence-based care across the lifespan and delivering therapy that makes a lasting difference
- Holds Driver’s License, PI Insurance ($10m minimum), and relevant checks/screenings (or willing to obtain)
- A great communicator who values teamwork and autonomy in equal measure.
