Pick Packer

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Pick Packers to join our growing operations team in Rydalmere. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

About the Role: You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and label orders for dispatch
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse systems (where applicable)
• Assist with loading, unloading, and stock movement
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Work towards and achieve daily performance targets

About You:

• Previous warehouse or pick packing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good level of physical fitness (ability to lift)
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
