The Opportunity

We’re seeking a caring and professional individual to join our team as a Client Services Consultant.
In this role, you’ll guide and support families during one of life’s most difficult times, helping them make important decisions with empathy and respect.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our community with the care they deserve through meaningful work. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Engage with clients to provide tailored cemetery and cremation options
- Support families in planning memorialisation and interment arrangements with care and professionalism
- Develop strong relationships with clients, funeral directors, and community stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
- Answer inbound calls and handle sensitive client enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Book and coordinate cremation, burial and memorial services
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Generate invoices and process paperwork
- Ensure all interactions uphold privacy, compassion, and client care standards
About You
We are seeking a committed and community-minded individual who brings a professional, respectful approach to their work. Ideally, you will demonstrate the following:
- A current and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- A compassionate and empathetic approach when working with families and community members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build tryst and
provide clear guidance
- A positive and professional attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage bookings, enquiries and documentation
- A willingness to learn and adapt with a unique and meaningful service environment
This role will suit someone who takes pride in their work that truly matters whilst supporting families and the community during important moments.
