The Role
As a Hair Transplant Doctor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultations, performing advanced hair restoration procedures, and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional, world-class client care at every stage of the journey
- Conducting comprehensive hair loss and cosmetic medical consultations in line with Gro® protocols
- Performing hair transplant procedures and associated treatments (PRP, PRF, DDP, PGC and prescription hair care)
- Ensuring consistent clinical standards and optimal treatment outcomes
- Supporting training and development initiatives across the medical team
- Mentoring and onboarding new clinical staff
- Collaborating with clinic leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Contributing to a culture that consistently “wows” both clients and colleagues
Training & Development
Full training in Gro® protocols and procedures will be provided.
While prior hair transplant experience is highly regarded, we welcome applications from doctors with a strong interest in cosmetic medicine and procedural work.
The successful candidate must be open to occasional travel to other Gro® clinics for training and professional development.
About You
You are a doctor with both clinical precision and an aesthetic eye. You understand that hair restoration is equal parts science, artistry, and mathematics.
You bring:

Essential Requirements
- MBBS (or equivalent)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Medical Practitioner
- Strong interest or experience in cosmetic medicine
- Excellent communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
Highly Regarded
- Hair transplant experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in a leadership or mentoring role
- Experience in customer-focused healthcare or aesthetic environments
