  • As an SDR at Garner, you’ll be on the front line of that growth.
  • The Role
  • As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities on behalf of our clients.
  • You’ll work across multiple client campaigns and industries, representing each client’s brand with confidence and professionalism. Your core focus will be outbound activity — engaging decision-makers, uncovering opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings that convert into real revenue.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Making outbound cold calls and follow-ups to targeted prospects
  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings with key decision-makers
  • Managing multiple client campaigns and adapting messaging by industry
  • Building strong rapport and uncovering genuine business pain points
  • Hitting and exceeding activity and performance KPIs
  • Identifying partnership and upsell opportunities where relevant
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys being accountable, competitive, and outcome-driven — and who wants to sharpen their sales craft fast.

  • Annual Salary: 60-65K + Super + Weekly Bonus’s
