We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and elevate our internal recruitment function across the Construction and Property Industry. Based in Nundah, this role is critical in shaping workforce strategy, driving hiring excellence, and building strong talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.

About the Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across all departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using creative strategies across multiple channels
- Conduct interviews, ensuring the right cultural and technical fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment activity and progress in our ATS
- Build relationships with external networks and recruitment partners within the construction and property sectors
About You
You’re a recruitment professional who understands that great teams build great projects. You’ve worked in construction and property recruitment, and you know what it takes to find the right people for technical, project-based roles.
You bring
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within construction, property, or related industries – whether from an agency or internal recruitment background
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- A track record of successfully filling technical and project-based positions
- Excellent sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
- Understanding of the Australian labour market, particularly for construction and property roles
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment challenges
- Resilient, adaptable, and detail-focused mindset
- Passion for delivering quality outcomes and exceptional candidate experiences
