Sales Operations Manager – Off the Plan Apartments

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales Operations Manager to support and optimise the performance of our Off the Plan property sales.

This role manages sales processes, maintains CRM systems, supports sales reporting and forecasting, and ensures the sales team has the tools and insights required to maximise performance.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, and driving a high-performing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the sales pipeline and CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date opportunity tracking

  • Produce regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for leadership

  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across all sales systems and documentation

  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue tracking

  • Assist with contract processing and documentation for Off the Plan sales, including the new Anti-Money Laundering compliance.

  • Identify process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales operations or high level sales administration is essential.

  • Exposure to Off the Plan property sales or real estate development is highly desirable

  • Strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail are paramount.

  • Advanced Google Sheets (Excel), Smartsheet and CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot, or property CRMs)

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong aptitude for working with numbers, reporting, and data analysis
