About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and people-first Human Resources Manager to lead and evolve our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership
Lead, mentor and develop the HR team
Drive accountability, alignment and capability across the function
Onboarding & Integration
Employee Relations
Lead all ER matters including conflict resolution, performance and conduct
Provide coaching and support to leaders across the business
Guide change management initiatives with a people-first approach
Performance & Development
Oversee performance frameworks, reviews and development plans
Support leaders in delivering meaningful performance conversations
Drive learning, development and career progression pathways
Culture & Engagement
Champion a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
Deliver engagement initiatives that strengthen connection and wellbeing
Enhance and promote the Employee Value Proposition
HR Systems & Compliance
Maintain and improve HR policies, systems and processes
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
Payroll & Data Integrity
Budget & Reporting
Manage the HR budget and track expenditure
Report on HR metrics (engagement, turnover, performance)
Use insights to drive continuous improvement
About You
You are a confident and proactive HR leader who brings both strategic thinking and operational excellence.
You will have:
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations matters
Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
A passion for building positive, engaged workplace cultures
