We’re currently seeking two experienced Finishes Foreman to join each of our teams of site-based professionals on our landmark projects in Redcliffe and Nundah.

As our Finishes Foreman, you’ll take ownership of your area of responsibility, planning, organising, and coordinating operational works to achieve project objectives with excellence. Reporting directly to our Site Manager, you’ll ensure all works are completed safely, to high quality standards, and in the most time and cost-efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the residential project in collaboration with the site manager
- Ensuring strict adherence to planning and quality control processes maximising productivity
- Monitoring on-site safety protocols and procedures
- Regularly communicating and coordinating with stakeholders
- Providing guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional planning, organisational, and leadership abilities
- A trade qualification or Construction Management degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman in building & construction industry
- QBCC Builders Open license (supervisor) is a must
- Full-time availability with an immediate start
- Valid driver’s license and Construction white card
