GVG is an award-winning builder-developer with over 37 years of experience and a proven reputation for excellence. As we continue to grow – with four projects under construction this year and three in pre-construction phase – we are expanding our Post-Completion team, and are currently seeking a Defects Foreman to focus on the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane areas.

The Role

We are looking for someone to lead the crucial final chapter of our construction process. Bridging the gap between our Construction and After Sales Care teams, you will be the ultimate guardian of GVG’s post completion standards, ensuring that high quality meets total customer satisfaction.

Operating primarily out of the Sunshine Coast with travel over North Brisbane, you will take charge of identifying, documenting, and resolving construction defects. You will ensure every project hits our rigorous safety and quality benchmarks, with your daily blueprint focused on Quality & Coordination, Safety & Systems, and Client Partnership.

What You Need to Bring

• A background in carpentry or a relevant trade qualification
• Excellent communication and practical problem-solving abilities
• A valid Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate, and White Card
