Senior Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of residential property developments, including land subdivisions, townhouses, and medium-density projects across Ipswich and the Gold Coast.

This senior role is responsible for driving projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with commercial objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle: feasibility, due diligence, planning approvals, construction delivery, and handover
• Manage multiple concurrent residential developments
• Maintain and optimise development feasibilities and financial performance
• Prepare and control development budgets, cash flows, and forecasts
• Identify and mitigate commercial, planning, construction, and market risks
• Build strong relationships with JV partners, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Lead consultant and contractor negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate closely with internal construction, sales, finance, and legal teams
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership on project status and performance

About You

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in property development
• Proven delivery of land subdivision, townhouse, and medium-density residential projects
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
