As we bring a brand-new turnkey product to market, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and building momentum from the ground up, backed by a trusted name in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with a high volume of qualified, inbound leads, no cold calling!

• Conduct appointments (in person or virtual) with clients looking for real solutions

• Present stunning home and land packages using digital tools and visual assets

• Guide clients through the entire buying journey, from finance to handing over the keys

• Crush your sales targets and enjoy the rewards of your success

• Keep your pipeline sharp and organised with our leading CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the new home sales or residential building industry

• Proven track record in new home sales

• A confident communicator who thrives in a consultative sales role

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and hungry to earn

• Willing to work weekends – where the magic happens

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and digital tools

• A team player with a winning attitude and passion for helping people
